There will likely be another content patch for Mists, but Garrosh is supposedly the 'final boss' of the expansion, yes.
Makes me think they're really on the fast track with another expansion.

I doubt it....they said that, but they also said there would be no 'big bad guy' in this expansion and it would feel more like Vanilla
