Can the Tranquel Master Achivement be earned via LFR at all?

My Shamans been LFR hopping latley since its at i481 and she took down Sha of fear, catch is, it wasnt credited on her achivement list.

So would i have to go through it normally?

says in the achieve itself, must kill sha in terrace on norm or reg
