If you could have 1 power from WoW *player abilities only* what would it be? Why?

Though how I'd get the runic power to afford it is beyond me.

Toss up between druid's shapeshifting and cleansing diseases and poisons. Even if you only charged people an affordable amount to remove their diseases you'd end up being a rich by the time you were done

Shadow Word: Pain. Being able to psychically project excruciating pain upon someone? Sure. Wouldn't mind that at all.

Or Mind Blast, so that whenever someone says or does something so incredibly stupid that their brains need to be punished, I'd be equipped for the job.
