Did anyone noticed that Physical Vulnerability debuff applied by judgement on ToT bosses disappier after u apply exo debuff? Its fine on training dummies tho.
Maybe it`s visual bug provided by Tidy plates during raids and maybe it is realy a bug. Feel free to test it.. hopefully it`s just me but if not we could use a hotfix

According to scada it has 100% uptime on dummy (when u open with J) and around 25-30% uptime on raid boss which is lower than exo debuff which is 45-50% on both raid boss and dummy

It doesn't disappear. It just gets applied by someone else.

I doubt that i can cover 25% of that debuff uptime on boss by myself with 8 melees in group and everyone of them applies it.... idk

Only Frost/Unholy DK, DPS Warriors, Ret Paladins and some hunter pets can add the Physical Vulnerability debuff.
