Yes there is the fair this week, And i've not seen anything about new BoA, although i haven't visited it yet.

no the BoA shields are not available at the DMF yet.

Altoholic, tend to maintain multiple character slots for constant rerolls (get to 80, rinse/repeat)... trying to complete sets for horde and alliance... figured if its available through PvE badge vendor it should be at DMF Originally Posted by Hilde

Good thing about the dmf ones is you can get them on very low level, so it's good when starting out on a new server. You can get like one loom each month on each character over 15.
