I've been looking to upgrade my computer for a while and have come up with a list of parts. I was wondering what people thought about it? Any suggestions or changes?
I've heard of people having problems with the NZXT case... Any other cases that are ~$120AU?
These are Australian prices... don't be alarmed about how expensive everything is haha
CPU: Intel Core i5-3570 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($239.00 @ Mwave Australia)

Total: $1347.36
Don't worry about the 840 pro and just get the standard 840. The pro isn't really needed for a gaming rig. Use that money saved to get the 3570K instead of the 3570.
Everything else looks fine but i'd avoid EVGA unless that's the card with the ACX cooling, then it's fine. As for the case it's really down to personal choice, in that price range i'd be leaning towards a Nanoxia deep silence 1.
Fixed, no PSU added as you said, the case was forgotten in the builder and didnt notice, but its a decent case, get whatever case you wanna look at, make sure it has frontal USB 3.0 and its not one of the old models, otherwise thats pretty much it.
With an air CPU heatsink like that low profile RAM is prefered.
A cheaper case allows for better upgrades elsewhere, the 300R is decent and priced well. The 500R is great but obviously cost more.
As mentioned the 840 non pro is perfectly fine for your build.
The EVGA card is out of stock, the Gigabyte is cheaper and an excellent card.
Now if you stick with the CM EVO heatsink then I would recommend the cheaper combo of the i5-3570k+Z77 Extreme4, it also support SLI if you even want to consider that.
For Haswell I would choose some better cooling option but as you can see that'll of course also get more expensive:
