If Holo-deck technology (from Star Trek) was to exist, and you could literally be "in the game", what game would you most like to play?
I have to admit, WoW would be my first choice. Would love to experience it from a true 1st person view point.

More then likely Rift for me. Maybe Call of Duty
WoW. Skyrim. Leisure Suit Larry. Burger Time.
Not necessarily in that order.

No question, WoW. Heroic Rag or Arthas anyone!?
Palmz - Warlock
Imminent
JUICE
Eternal Reign
Infallible
Duality
Definitely WoW. But I would probably dabble in FPS games, granted the safety restrictions are working (which seem to stop working at the most inopportune time)

mass effect trilogy... like ... 10 thousand times....
Vulcan Love Slave, Part II: The Revenge
...what? Don't look at me like that. You know you're all thinking it.
Witcher 2, for the story of course... *cough*
Plants vs Zombies.
Sex and wargames, at the same time.
Evil Genius.
Google it if you don't know. You were an evil genius (duh) who built a secret base under a mountain, stole from around the world, hired and trained minions, got henchmen and became the worlds most notorious villain.
Or Spyro. One of the first 3 games thought because the 4th one you'd bug out constantly and the ones after that were beyond awful.
Minecraft and Diablo :P
Populous and after that any Metal gear game
Honestly, I'd choose something from the Myst series. Gorgeous surroundings, cool puzzles, move at my own pace.
Something like Diablo 3 would send me into convulsions. Have you zoomed in on the mobs in Act 3? NO THANK YOU.
Dragon Age: Origins, for me. Hands down.
But SWTOR would also be awesome. And the Mass Effect series. But I'd definitely give WoW a shot. I'd probably roll a Druid.
It's an old game, but Black & White could be fun.. It's nice to play God..
Other than that SWTOR..
Skyrim if I had to pick one.
