Terrace by far. almost no trash, and the bosses are in a line.

Assuming MSV Part One. Bosses are easy and generally ques aren't that bad. Me and my friend often run it for Valor when we need a little bit more.

Run all 5 of them once for the basic drops, and see which one is faster, then rerun that one for the bonus rolls.

MSV, the first three bosses.
I wouldn't recommend Endless Springs since you can get in groups where the healers don't understand, no matter how many times you tell them, that they have to stand in the breath and heal the dragon.
