Maybe some more background info? How old is he? What grade is he in, etc? If he is a certain age where starts to get interested in girls, I see nothing wrong about that. And I say that as a father of two kids.

Really, you can't tell by the penmanship and the paper style this kid is probably under third grade? I mean really? Did you think that through? And who would draw a diagram of a diaphragm?

It's not hard.. the kid is doing vocabulary words and was obviously looking up the word: diagram and write down the definition.
Instead it appears he looked up the word Diaphragm ( the vaginal contraceptive) and wrote down it's definition instead.
