Except he had a storyarc starting with BC and was present in Ulduars Cinematic, Trial of the Champion, and was a Horde questgiver in Wrath. By Cataclysm people knew the name Garrosh.

Lor'themar only gained a prominent role in 5.2, two patches ago, compared to Garrosh who made a name of himself a whole expansion earlier before he became Warchief.

He led the blood elves since Kael'thas left and held the spirit of his people. While not overly active in gameplay, he definitely did more than Cairne, Baine, or Gallywix.
