Where do the four world bosses spawn? Didn't catch it in the guide.

They don't spawn, they are there, in a middle of a ring, in front of you .... once you get to the Questgiver you'll see them INSTANTLY

Completed in 30 minutes 50 seconds from login until I was holding the legendary.

Chest respawn is still instant and easy even with 10 other people doing it.

yes it's intended, Lore said they wanted people to get their legendary quickly in 5.4, to face Garrosh WITH your legendary. Now, this guide just tell you the quickest way to do it, following the same rules.

Can anyone confirm that if you buy both cloaks before doing the upgrade quest, that it will auto-upgrade both automatically upon completion?

It's an item that you use on the epic cloak. So, no.

The epic cloak is very expensive but the upgrade item is not, so it's not a big deal.

Re: the chests. Once you know what you're looking for, they're there. They're small and brownish, mostly by the bases of trees. I had no problem finding all of them and there were people everywhere.

I have to ask. Regarding the four worldbosses. Can you "start" them or do they just walk up to middle one by one after the other one being killed?

For people with 2 cloaks. the item the quest gives you only upgrades the one you last had on. but another of the item can be purchased for 87g from the Tavern in the Mists.
