There will be no avoiding it once the first guild kills normal mode Garrosh, which I presume will be either tonight or tomorrow for the bigger guilds who spent a lot of time on the PTR learning the fights.

Just embrace the fact that you will find out before you want to. It will be impossible to avoid without not logging into WoW.
