So, exactly how much rating do you need in order to be allowed to transmog the lv60 pvp gear?
I've asked this question before but only got 3 pages of people arguing with eachother...

I went looking and found only knight-captains+ from the old school pvp system can Xmog the lvl 60 set to give them something special.

This hasn't been the case for a very long time. Anyone with a certain rating can purchase the replicas and transmogrify it, I just don't know what exact rating it is.

you need a 2000 or 2200 Rbg rating.
If your character had en oldschool pvp rank you may be able to use them.
My druid was rank 9 in the old system and I can equip HW stuff.

1800, that's the highest rating my hunters been at and can transmog everything.
