Simply question:
Will my 300% exp elixir get drained during pet battles (not while queing ofc, but while fighting vs another player and being ported into random location) or can i easily use it and dont worry about it?

Yes it will. Don't use it until you know you'll have an uninterrupted hour of death-free leveling.
