You forgot the option "None of the above".
Nothing will get me to do it again until the next expansion. Being forced to run wing 1 every week for a trinket is the most im willing to put up with.
I'm torn. I've wiped to normal bosses in the past for hours and not won a roll at the end... I'd still rather do that than run LFR for hours and deal with the craziness of raid finder. In a way, LFR can be harder than other flex/normal- after all, which is worse: wiping because your group is working on mastering the mechanics, or because 1/4 of the raid is AFK and 1/2 is clueless, and almost none of the players (even the tanks/healers) bothered to find out ANYTHING about the fight before queueing? Not to mention sitting there staring at the screen for an hour waiting for a tank (who will be decked out in PVP gear, no less) to zone in. Actually, you're right- players like that don't deserve anything.
Players who contribute (or carry), on the other hand, deserve more than LFR gear for putting up with that crap.
maybe gold, even that.... should just delete it altogether... im wandering who here is asking for heroic items in lfr..... you should be hunted down....
and for future lfr... DONT ADD LEGENDARY ITEMS TO LFR PROGRESSION....
P.S. the only thing you could do to improve lfr... is add an IQ test with a minimum requirement to enter...
I would agree, "None of the above" should have been an option and "LFR doesn't deserve ANYTHING on that list". The LFR is fine as it is, without all the shitheads of course. It is not meant to be a stepping stone to better raiding. It is for the people that do not have time or do not want to do organized raiding. If you want some special stuff and achievements, then go do flex or higher raiding. For this whole expansion many of normal raiders were using the LFR to get gear that they were not receiving while doing normal raid progress, many have complained that the people in the LFR lack skill or what not. That is true to some degree, but that is what its intent was for, nothing more. Blizzard has stated on more threads that normal/heroic raider should not be going into the LFR, I totally agree. LFR, is for the people that just want to see or finish a story. It was never sold as some feature to circumvent normal/heroic raid progression.
Perhaps, but that would be impossible to implement since the system would not be able to tell who are carrying and who isn't. You would either have to reward everyone or no one. And by adding rewards that are attractive for normal/hc raiders you would be making LFR mandatory for those players, which isn't the point of LFR.

None. The feature is fine as it is, and I have always supported it. But if any of that stuff was added, then it really would become mandatory, and all the whining would suddenly have some truth to it. Best to leave it alone.
WINNER! If people would try a bit (both l2play better and not AFK) LFR would be fine even if most of us who doe 2-4x the average DPS weren't there. LFR will sink to its natural level as we leave and that's fine.
Look, this is like 25 mans raids. We routinely talk about how to save them and there's always a contingent that says "Look, if 25s need saving, maybe that means the feature itself just isn't well-liked." Same with LFR. Ironically, Flex is, I think, both hurting LFR and helping large raids. You can get the feeling of 25s in Flex and you can do it without dealing with LFR crap. Flex might be the best feature added to WoW in years.
Wait what?
First the LFR dudes flame the heroic raiders for being elitists and "aholes" and tell them to leave LFR so they can have fun without anyone telling them they're doing it wrong and now that the organised people are gone off to flex they want the heroic dudes back to carry them? Is this for real?
My question now is... do they now realise why the "spoonfeed casuals" strategy is not the answer to everything?
When queuing for LFR, players should be able to select an "I'm not here for loot" option, which would have a bunch of sub-categories. Selecting this option would allow you, once per week per LFR wing, to gain reputation, gold, bonus valor, consumables, or other assorted benefits that you could select before queuing.
This option would, of course, have a minimum ilvl requirement set at the level of gear from that LFR wing (502 for ToT LFR, 528 for SoO LFR). This is similar to the bonus reputation given to players who run heroics and scenarios today... and I think most people will agree that LFR could use as many carriers as possible. Oh, and put in some AFK prevention and minimum effectiveness requirements, too.

I run LFR each week on my main and will continue to do so until I don't need anything from it. Right now my rings, belt, and head piece could benefit from LFR.
I don't think so. It depends on the rewards, but as long as heroic/normal and LFR share a loot lockout, it should be fine. My impression of LFR and Flex is that most of the raiders who run those, use them for Alt gearing/prepping. Blizzard's indicated they're looking at ways to gauge a player's effectiveness in LFR, should be interesting.
And don't get me started on the "mandatory" thing. Nothing is mandatory; that mindset leads to weird places. "Blizzard should cap the amount of hours I can play in a week, otherwise they're FORCING me to play as many hours as I can". Don't go there. You're essentially asking Blizzard to cap the amount of hours you're allowed to raid in a week, which is just creepy and weird to me.
You forgot the option of paint it a pretty color and hang it from a tree branch so we can break it with a stick while blind folded.
or in other words keep it the same.
