Quick Eternal Flame question, does it stack?

Hi there, my question is as topic. If a prot paladin has eternal flame running on himself, can a holy paladin place another eternal flame on him? and if so are there any disadvantages in doing so? Thanks for your time in advance.

Multiple Eternal Flames stack. There is no disadvantage unless you count some overhealing to be a disadvantage (which you shouldn't since even though it can overheal it's also going to mitigate damage spikes quite well).
