    First Computer Build $1500 budget

Hello everyone I wanted to request some help with picking the right parts for my first computer build
I am in the US, have a $1500 budget looking for a 1920x1080 resolution, planning on using two monitors and eventually three. I play mostly WoW but I also play several other games like CoD , I plan on playing the elder scrolls online. I do occasional game capturing and video editing. I want to be able to play WoW on ultra settings while in a 25 man heroic raid environment.

I only have one monitor, so I want to buy a second one and the third I will at a later time, other than that I do not have any of the other parts.
I do not need an OS
I do not need any other peripherals, however I do plan on having a dvd/blue ray player and I would like some recommendations on a new mouse mat.

Here is a build I found a while back that seemed to fit my needs. It probably needs some updating.

Overpriced chasis and you will easily fit a GTX 770 in the budget.

Stretch to a 290 if you can on the AMD side - they're coming in at around $400. It pushes you close to the max, but at stock, it's equivalent of the 780 or thereabouts. If you're streaming regularly, I'd consider the GTX770, as your budget doesn't fit in the GTX780 with a monitor, unfortunately.

Switch that WD10EZEX blue harddrive for a WD10EZRX it's only like 5-10% slower and around 10dBa quieter and the NH-d14 for a NH-u14s or nh-u12s
