    Retiring Dodge and Parry?

    Why?

I can completely understand removing stats like Hit and Expertise, they are boring and are only there to hit a threshold. But these two stats have animations tied behind them, they spice up the experience visually, even if they don't do that much for the game mechanically.

    Disappointed, if true.

You could see this one coming for ages. The only classes that still have it are the 3 plate classes, monk and druid already did away with it. Paladin already seem to avoid it like the plague on their gear if they can get something elese instead. The trend towards unified gear is evident. This way a tank in actual tank gear, will at least not be utterly crippled compared to other tanks that essentially wear dd gear and still tank better.

Where did you hear this btw?
