Spirit of Conquest and Bloody Dancing Steel enchants - usable on PvE weapons?

Not really a pvp question, but I figured someone around here should know.

I tried googling, wowhead and searched these forums, but found nothing. So now I'm asking here; can you use these enchants on PvE weapons?

Yes, you can put them on any weapon, no matter pvp or pve. You can also put them on heirlooms if you want.

Thats is simply because its easier to get jade spirit and dancing steel which is the exact same enchant
