Help for a weakaura to display icons on party members

Hello!

I'm looking for a weakaura to improve the visibility of allies in Arena.
We usually put raid icons on top of player's heads, but in the middle of the action i often struggle to see where they are!

What i'm looking for :

A weakaura to display big icons on allies, attached to the same anchor as the usual "raid icon" (meaning it's visible with friendly nameplates turned off)

Anyone knows how to do that? Thank you very much!

The raid icon frame above units is not accessible by addons.
