Just want to make sure, is it still possible to buy the gear in netherstorm with 1800+ rating in RBGs?
I know that it was possible in 5.3, but I haven't seen anyone that bought it in 5.4 and when talking to the vendor the gear is just red it does't show a rating requirement or anything, so just wanting to make sure.
