Save button positions?

[Overdispersion]

I've recently started doing some PvP with my holy spec, but sometimes my disc offspec is needed in raids and this is causing me headaches since there is no tri-spec and I have to start placing my abilities on the bars veery time I change between the two specs. Is there any way to "save" and then load a profile so it automatically places all the abilities on the bars for me? Using bartender, in case that makes it easier/harder.

Perhaps take a look at Profiles: Action Bars @ Curse, as that seems to be relatively recently updated.
Also complimentary addons for Keybinds and Macros.
