So again, I know it's cliche to use the 'it cost us a raid tier' but I do wonder how many of the feature cuts such as the capitals in WoD are due to them working on this incredibly temporary, 4th quarter subs boost move? Oh and what a coincidence it will be taking place every 4th quarter, just in time to boost their numbers long enough to keep the stockholders from complaining too much.

Unless they retune the raid instance with more abilities, it should be cakewalk. Even LFR is more complext than Molten Core ever was.

In theory many things in this game are a cakewalk, until you involve lfr. Now imagine an lfr not ith 20 randoms, but with 40. My god, the delicious, delicious carnage that will ensue. Gott had it to blizz, witnessing that is as close as they've come yet to getting me to resub for WoD.

I just want to point out:

They won't alienate an entire portion of the fanbase who doesn't buy the expansion within first month of release.

On beta right now, if you do a dungeon they max level your toon for that dungeon with ilvl 600 gear (or down gear you if you're higher than 600), so the tech is there if they wanted to make your toons 100

It doesn't take that long to lvl from 90-91 in beta, lvling in WoD will be faster than you think..

Does this mean that everyone is going to wipe to Baron? After all, dispells are on cd so I don't know how people are going to handle the mana burn debuff. Also, I feel too many people are going to forget about slow fall/levitate and fools are going to die to fall damage.

This is amazing and the type of thing Blizzard needs to do more of. I'm very impressed and excited.

Don't get your hopes up, after this we will not likely see any changes to the anniversary until the 20th/ 25th :S
