Trinket Line up Question

Hi!
Should i delay Prismatic Crystal and line up with Copelands Clarity 2Min CD (that way i can use Frozen orb on cd) or use the PC on cd and delay Frozen orb and Use the Trinket alone?
What is Better dps wise?

Save FO for PC, use Copeland's on cooldown.

This is what SimC executes in the sequence table for frost.

If you have two on-use trinkets, hold on to the second one for about 10 seconds for the 4.5 minute mark PC.
