I know, just not today I can already get up the stairs again without being out of breath, which was my first goal. Looking back, it seems ridiculous that I let it go so far while only this little bit of exercise was needed.

Hm. new daily workout and dare are up already. Seems they follow UTC.

Kinda depends on the exercise. Correct from is more important than the weight.
I would suggest finding a weight that you can do with correct form for 3-5 sets of 10 reps. The weight should be challenging, but not so much that your form starts getting bad.

With whatever exercise you're doing look for videos on the correct form, start with low weight, then go higher until you reach the most you can do with correct form.

Guess that's what I'll be doing then. Found stuff on the internet ranging from "You shouldn't be able to lift it after 10 reps" to "Find a weight so that you can keep going forever".

Also, don't try doing the exercise really fast. Slow, precise movements are key.

It also depends on your goals. High weight low rep is good for strength, low weight high rep is good for muscle endurance. 5 sets of 10 reps seems to be a good spot for building strength while also working on your endurance.

    Ladies and gentlemen, good afternoon.

Just saw The Great Wall. It was good! Not great, but good.
