So that was kind of a waste of time and money. I got to talk to the actual doctor instead of a nurse practitioner, but ultimately I didn't get any new info. Except the fact I was supposed to be on the medication for SIX months before a second check-up, not ONE. he reiterated that I have severe COPD, that I'm going to need some kind of coverage (apparently I don't qualify for medicaid unless I'm disabled, and I won't "qualify" for disability until I come back in six months and my lung capacity is still below 50%). The only real thing to come out of the visit was an official notice from him that I do not need to be doing, well, whatever I'm doing at my job right now. Which involves a lot of lifting. And I've had to do so recently despite being on "light duty" because of the severe amount of people we don't have (and most everyone else is currently having covid). But an official doctor's note saying so makes me feel better about that.
This just reminded me that I'm almost done with an anime, and there's a Mexican girl in it. So she sprinkles in some Spanish among all the Japanese.
