T18 4P bugged? 6 vs 8%

I've been searching hotfixes and looking around forums but can't find any info regarding our 4P. I got it this reset and it says 8% dmg bonus but when I mouse-over the active buff it says only 6% dmg bonus?!?! Looking at the buff at logs also states 8%. Only a tool-tip bug in-game or have we been nerfed?

The druid tier 18 heroic version balance 4-piece tooltip is wrong. It says: "When a faerie dragon is summoned, your Arcane and Nature damage is increased by 8% for 30 sec."

The buff you receive when you summon a Faerie Dragon is called "Faerie Blessing" and reads: "Arcane and Nature damage is increased by 6%."

So the set reads 8% and the buff reads 6%. Which one is the correct?

Tier-18 4-piece set bonus for Balance Druids now increases Arcane and Nature damage by 6% (down from 8%).

Of course the lazy cunts forgot to change the text on the item. ffs

You can't change item tooltips without pushing a patch to the server. It's not a question of laziness.

Balancing numbers are serverside, meaning that blizzard can update them at will without having to push a patch to players (e.g. Hotfixes). Tooltips however are clientside, so all your tooltips will stay the same until the next patch.

Because buff tooltips can be changed serverside, but item tooltips can only be changed by patching the client.
