    The key to growth?

Stumbled upon bringing this up in another post. Automation is what's waiting us, together with "IoT" (Internet of Things) which both brings down the need for maintenance work as we know it. This issue coupled together with countries being filled with refugees, the job situations will get out of hand.
Inequality is already rising as a product of this, what can we do to stop it? Economic equality is important for growth.

Growth happens when production and consumption meet. The world today has too much production, as a result both of growing income inequality (rich people don't consume as much as poorer people) and as a result of government policies designed to harm the household sector and benefit the manufacturing sector (you'd think the US, but it's actually China, Germany, and Japan in this case.)
