BM Tier 21 - Crazy Aspect Uptime??

If you have: Tier 21 4set + Wrist Legendary + CoF Trinket + Legendary Boots, then your looking at some crazy aspect of the wild uptime.

Will this be the best dps legendary combo for the coming raid??

t21 4pc mantle+parsel

Those are the top 2 BM builds atm.

High uptime would be interesting, but that doesn't mean it'll be good.

Most likely not since T21 4 set is quite lackluster with the current cdr of 2 seconds / kill command, CoF can easily be replaced with a stat stick, tome or the new trinkets in Antorus. You also need to remember that AotW is not that great of an ability, it doesn't do very much if you can't pair it with BW or any other damage increasing ability.

On a 7-8 minute fight the t21 4pc should effectively give you another 1-2 usages of AotW when combined with Bracers and Convergence (Killer Cobra giving more reduction than AotB/Boots though). With that in mind we're talking about ~25-30% uptime vs like.... 35-40% uptime at best. That's worth nothing considering that going for a 25-30% uptime even now is barely worth anything.

The only way this setbonus could be good was if there were a lot of fights with lots of priority adds like every 60ish seconds or so. But even then Bracers/CoF might easily be enough.... or the setbonus alone might be enough. But overall AotW is just way too bad of a CD to be worth all the investment.

I dont think people work hard on more than 2 pc T21, we are moving on the last tier of expansion and what have we done to deserve this uber shitty set bonuses ? Flat 10% kill command buff ? what a creativity lol, reducing cd of shittiest CD in game ? well done blizz

They could offer some nice shiny set bonuses, my drafts as

1) x% chance your main pet and hati gain x% more attack speed when your cobra shot/kill command/auto-attacks crits
2) your kill command does x% more damage when your target gets below 30% hp
3) your pet gains x% more attack speed when your target gets below 30%hp. this would be a stacking buff same as marksman bullseye trait
