Interesting! I generally hate dungeons, but I might try and make some friends to run this on non-mythic plus.
Content droughts don't crop up at the beginning of expansions, they crop up at the end...
Cataclysm had three raids out the gate with a bunch of challenging heroic dungeons, which was then followed up by the two troll heroics and then firelands shortly afterwards. But then Dragon Soul slogged on forever.
Mists of Pandaria started with three raids as well and had a bunch of daily quest activities to do, followed by a massive Throne of Thunder patch with even more dailies. And then the patch that was just the barrens event and Siege of Orgrimmar dragged on forever.
Far be it from me to tell Blizzard how to plan their content, but I'd think it'd always do them well to err on the side of delaying the initial content patches after launch (especially because they can hotfix in balance changes now) to help meter out the inevitable content droughts at the end of the expansion.
The perfect example is Ulduar. Ulduar was only out for 14 weeks when ToC was released. Not only did lots of people not get to progress adequately in Ulduar, but that truncated amount of time both extended the amount of time we were in TOC AND in ICC. Now, luckily, ICC was a well recieved raid and everyone loved the Lich king, but the point still stands.
hmmm you have access to 7.1 ptr? What the hell?! Is this a joke? It's not a content patch if it's content we already have... I would have bet money that Kara would have been different somehow. This is stupid.
Please god make a high res Fiery Warhorse mount, still my favourite ground mount.
With each extra Legion copy that you buy you reduce the future content drought. Pinky promise.
All right, gentleperchildren, let's review. The year is 2024 - that's two-zero-two-four, as in the 21st Century's perfect vision - and I am sorry to say the world has become a pussy-whipped, Brady Bunch version of itself, run by a bunch of still-masked clots ridden infertile senile sissies who want the Last Ukrainian to die so they can get on with the War on China, with some middle-eastern genocide on the side
They've done many wrongs, but people seem to forget the other expansions (MoP in particular) because they can't see further than beyond their noses (WoD).
I'm all for being skeptical, but people on MMO-C are not displaying a HEALTHY dose of skepticism. More like a mob mentality to latch onto anything negative (or even just POSSIBLY negative) and cirklejerk around it.

Ideally no one has ever hit the level cap of the last expansion, looked at their dungeon blues, and thought "I win."

"All nine bosses".... assuming they're the same as the old bosses, I'm guessing Chess, Animal Boss, and Nightbane will be the ones omitted?
That would leave Attumen (1), Moroes (2), Maiden (3), Opera (4), Curator (5), Illhoof (6), Shade of Aran (7), Netherspite (8), Prince (9).
reminds me a bit of a wildstar trailer tbh :S
Are people seriously not able to figure out that the mobs and bosses won't be the same from that trailer?
They didn't promise anything. They said that it's important, which implies that they're going to try to make sure it's not a problem.
If you have a problem with content droughts, you are more than welcome to cancel your sub until the next content arrives. You would hardly be alone in doing so.

After watching the hilarious fiasco with Sean Murray flat out lying to people and No Man's Sky being a train wreck it makes me smile to come back on here and see the Blizz devs keeping up. I look forward to these lies every 2 years, it fills my heart.
