Mythic+ on alts (?)

So, I've done all mythics on my main, got keys, used them, the whole deal.
Now I wonder if I have to repeat the whole process (running mythics without keys) in order to do mythic+ or I can just join a group and lol myself to death?

The only restriction I'm aware is CoS and Arcway which still require reputation but what about everything else?

Euh, the progress of getting a mythic+ key is literally ''complete a regular mythic dungeon'' which really isnt that hard.

But yes, in theory you could do a mythic+ dungeon on someone elses key without having done any regular mythic before that
