losing crit% in dungeons

i dont know how i shoud describe it but its pretty simple. sometimes in dungeons ( same gear, no proccs, no food/flask ) i'm missing 2% crit. after leaving the dungeon everything is fine again. im not crazy and this happens on my mage and paladin no other class
anyone here with the same issue ?

Same race? Maybe some racial passive? I guess only "The Human Spirit" could amount to 2%.

Some piece of gear that gives crit outdoors? Like a class hall set or sth?
