Potion Procs

Did they do a stealth nerf to rank 3 potion procs? I made something like 80 old war potions and I had 8 procs out of the whole thing (x2 and x3). In the past, the proc rate had been a lot higher. Or am I just getting crazy sad RNG today?

Made 80 health potions, once again only received 8 procs (x2 all of them). My proc rate for these used to be above 50%, and now it's down to less than 10% overall.

Have to admit I'm seeing this as well on potions in the last week or so, perhaps bad rng? No idea :/
