Blues too don't know about Dreadflame

So Dreadflame (PvP Arena enchant) isn't account-wide but rather character-specific (not even class-wide), which is different than every other PvP enchant previously introduced to the game.

Cool, no worries. However, this wasn't pointed out by any blue whatsoever so far.

I posted a question on CS asking for a confirmation if it was a bug or was intended, since it hasnt been expressed by blues and they never ever communicate anything regarding PvP (like how the rerolls are bugged for PvP right now and if you win a reroll you get a 280 piece instead of the appropriated ilvl)

And the answer I got was something in the lines of a "We honestly have no idea if its intended or not"
