Max iLVL increase with 7.3 or 7.3.5?

I havent seen anything on this yet but with Heroic Burning Throne/7.3.5 set at a base ilvl of 945 atm, is there is plan to increase the maximum ilvl of TF? I would assume yes and this is mathing out at 960 for mythic base+25 ilvls= 985 but wonder if that is the still the plan or there has already been a T21 raid loot nerf similar to the what happened in TOS (I think they dropped it down 5-10 ilvls towards the end).

7.3, due next week or so------> no ilvl max increase (??)
7.3.5 due in 3 months or so--->increase max by +30?

7.3.5 almost certainly, because that's when the raid opens. They haven't confirmed anything regarding the exact number, though.
