so if there is a mount wich has 1% drop chance i know that it will (if it drops) get distribiuted randomly to a player but does that mean there is a chance for 2 people geting lucky and geting it at the same time? or if it happen to drop it will be only 1 for the whole raid?

There is a chance, low but there, that multiple can get it thanks to Personal Loot. If we had the old, then only one or two maybe.
