Shroud of the arch bishop in next exp

Even though it is going to suck from a stats pow the personal combat res is so good for progression.
Will people still be using it in the upcoming exp? Maybe blizzard will turen it into a talent?

They might just "turn off" that part of the legendary for players above level 119. I wouldn't be suprised to see this happen to any legendary that has some potentially useful bonus at max level (such as the absorb shield on prydaz). It's what generally happens with such things.

I mean all the set bonuses on old tier sets have even been deactivated. Many other items have had their chance to proc or strengh of proc greatly reduced above a certain player level.

Will definitely get disabled but can hope they throw it in as a talent or something.

this is one of the few legendaries that need to become a talent in some form. its probably too strong for a talent as it currently is been able to return with 100% health. but maybe change current afterlife talent from 50% duration increase to something along the lines of: 25% duration increase and when spirit of redemption expires you return to life with 20% health, this effect has a 10 minute cooldown.

It's not strong because of what health you return as, it's strong because it freezes your mana while in spirit form, allowing you to spam poh and sanctify and after you ressurect you can use pots again, also it doesn't take a combat ress.
