You can't state that definitively, we have no idea how severe a case Hicks has, how close in proximity she was to Pence, whether Pence was masked on AF1, or whether Pence has a history of medical issues in the past that do nothing to your day-to-day health but are big morbidity factors for COVID, like having previously had pneumonia more than once, even if not recently.

Going by Trumpster logic all diseases, bacteria, viruses, etc.. are fake because you don't die from these literal things you die from the symptoms of these things or symptoms of other diseases caused by these things like a lot of people with AIDS die from Pneumonia killing them due to having AIDS.
