It wont be artificial, the corporations will use the money to buy back their stock, increasing it's value (as opposed to increasing wages or hiring people).

Agreed. They are waiting for the Senate to pass it. That will create a DOW/Market spike. And yeah, the corps will just use the money to fill their C-level and BoD pockets. No hiring. No wage increases. Nothing for anyone else.
