    Requesting advice on new computer

    Hello,

I've recently started playing WoW again, after sitting out WoD. The only computer I have is a 2012 model entry level Macbook Pro, on which I get around 40 FPS on graphic setting 1 while questing. These are my requirements:

    • Resolution: 1080p
    • Games / Settings Desired: WoW on high settings
    • Any other intensive software or special things you do (Frequent video encoding, 3D modeling, etc): No, only WoW
    • Country: Norway

    I've gathered some components myself:

    • PSU: EVGA GQ 650W
    • MOBO: MSI Tomahawk Z370
    • GPU: MSI 1060 3GB Gaming X
    • RAM: HyperX Fury 2133 mHz 8GB
    • CPU: i3 8100 or i3 8350k or i5 8400

The two latter CPUs share identical price points (1999 NOK). I'm sort of leaning towards the i3 8350k due to it's higher speeds and it's ability to be overclocked. I understand this would require adequate cooling, but I'm not opposed to forking over some extra cash for a decent CPU fan. Yay or nay?

Sure, go for it, the cooling will depend on how much you will want to push the OC, really.
    PM me weird stuff :3
