Are Blizzard removing those spells in Battle for Azeroth that comes with artifetc wreapons like "Sindragosa`s Fury" ?It is a cool looking spell and I don`t want to get removed that spell.

well frost dk had no real changes yet on beta so hard to tell if its final that sindragosas fury is gone but if the other classes dont have the spell anymore it pretty much means that one is gone

Frost did get some minor changes. It wasn't really dependent on any of the Artifact traits, though, so there wasn't much need for changes anyway.

Quite a few Artifact Abilities were kept as talents, though.

Unholy DK has Apocalypse baseline in BfA.
Blood DK has Consumption as a level 57 talent option.
Feral Druid has Ashamane's Frenzy - now renamed Feral Frenzy - as a level 100 talent option.
Elemental Shaman has Stormkeeper as a level 100 option.
This is all I can think of atm.

Frost and fire mages have them, albeit in a gutted form, now as talents as well.
Warlock ones are gone across the board afaik.

Most of them are gone. Unholy is the only spec across every class to get theirs baseline. Any other spec that even has the option as a talent (6-10 at most), has to sacrifice something else in order to obtain a heavily nerfed version of it, e.g Fire and Frost Mages, Shadow Priests, Elemental Shaman, Retribution Paladin.
