Did DPS Warriors Lose their Spell Effects?

Is it me or did they remove the spell effects from warriors DPS specs on the beta? A bunch of my spells seem to be affected. Mortal Strike, Bloodthirst, Raging Blow, Rampage and Slam. On live, these abilities show a red or blue spell effect that looks really cool. But it's not showing up. Is this intentional? Or a bug? I really hope they aren't planning on removing the spell effects from warriors in BFA. That would be really boring...
