[help] Drink Up Me Hearties macro needed

Hello boyz,
trying to make a modifier macro for it, however it shares the same name as our own crimson vial skill (very smart blizz),
is there any clever way to make a macro that casts the spell Crimson Vial but mod:alt casting the item Crimson Vial?
