[A][Sargeras] <Unscuffed> [2/8M] (35% on zek) is a semi-hardcore raiding guild led by a core of 11/11 M ATBT players, we recently reformed because majority of us needed to raid at different times than we currently were. As such, majority of our core actually achieved CE in ATBT together under a different guild name on Sargeras. We are always recruiting exceptional players for our team. Our core raiders have competed in various high-end mythic guilds and achieved CE during several tiers. We started this guild to create an environment that is fun, welcoming, and productive for all members.

Schedule:
Wed, Thurs, Sun 9pm-12am EST

Recruitment:
-All spots are available for the right candidate (we prioritize performance and accomplishment)
-We are looking for exceptional players with 90% attendance to progress through BFA. All spots are competitive. Anyone interested will be asked to participate in a short discord interview before joining. Casuals and socials are all welcome!

With that in mind these are the classes and roles we are currently recruiting:

-All Ranged DPS (Melee recruitment is closed outside of rogues, and only exceptional melee DPS are encouraged to apply)
-1 more healer (preferably with a dps off spec)
-Mistweaver Monk
-Restoration Druid
-Holy Paladin
-Rogues
-We are always looking to improve and will always look at any competitive player, despite class or spec

Expectations
1. Class Knowledge
- Knowledgeable in all specs that you will be playing
- Have knowledge of stat priorities, best in slot gear, etc

2. Character
- Skilled and motivated at the class you wish to play in BFA
- Selfless attitude
- Timely - show up to raids on time and post in the attendance channel when you cannot make raid
- Able to take constructive criticism and advice from people
- Respectful and generally a good person all around

3. Preparedness
- Watch boss fights beforehand and read spreadsheet provided
- Upkeep of your gear and stat priority
- Knowledge of mechanics prior to raid
- Focused

Outside of Raid
We are a close group of friends who enjoy each others company and enjoy playing WoW as well as other games together! We push lots of keys, do PvP, pretty much everything you can think of and we are very active in discord. We encourage everyone to form strong relationships with each of our guild members to ensure that each member feels welcomed.

Goals
We plan on progressing as aggressively as we can in the upcoming expansion within our raid times (Wed/Thurs/Sun 9pm-12am EST). For every raid tier, our goal is to achieve CE and push as high of a rank as we can.

As the guild’s leaders, we acknowledge and resolve any concerns in a professional manner. We are able to listen and are open to concerns guild members may have and are willing to discuss and resolve such issues to ensure we keep the drama to a minimum. Our main goal is to progress as quickly as we can. However, maintaining good relationships with our guild members is a big priority of ours.

We will provide feasts, flasks, and vantus runes for raid nights. Also we will have strategies prepared ahead of time and will work to implement them when progressing a new boss.
