Also, new Lightning Lasso is really fun ..

PS I wonder if Master of Elements affects Lasso?

Edit: Overload in the title because with said talents Overload registers as top dmg source in burst situation comprising about %25 of total burst done and LB/LvB both about the same.

Just tested it Lasso will not use the buff :/ sigh

As you have already tested this a moot comment but I would have expected an ability that does a flat percentage of damage based on % health would not be modified by other spells.
