Crusade simming higher than Inq/DP for me now with 1x light's decree 390 shoulders, is this accurate or is raidbots skewed atm?

That follows what I'm seeing as the recommended choice, so it's probably not crazy. So it looks like we're locked into being a burst spec that relies on having 30s unbroken quality time on the target for the foreseeable future. Again.

I tested it out tonight, top dmg overall in raid 6/8M seems legit

I would welcome this change to be honest. At least a small time window of non-clunky rotation.

Inquisition falls off with more haste so as the expansion progresses Crusade is gonna start simming higher again. Light's Decree only made it come sooner.

Inquisition does not fall off with more Haste. Crusade is simming better for some with the new Light's Decree azerite trait providing an additional 5 seconds.
