Some time ago I noticed that the shoulders used by the Zandalari prelates (or like the ones used by Bladeguard Kaja) are not given in any quest I've completed while leveling my paladin (I'd say those gotta be plates) or in any dungeon. Does anyone know anything about how to get those shoulders? I'd like to get them for my future Zandalari paladin transmog!
