Finalizing a Build Between a Few Choices

Hi folks. I'm finalizing a build and have some choices I've picked out below. Appreciate any input.

    Budget $1000.00 USD
Resolution 1440p when streaming. 4k otherwise
Games / Settings Desired WoW Preset 7 for streaming. Max otherwise. Will be comfortable with a High setting for most games at 1440.
Any other intensive software or special things you do (Frequent video encoding, 3D modeling, etc) I will be streaming. BUT, the parts from my current rig could be split to a 2nd with a capture card. It will be used as a combined streaming/gaming machine to start.
    Country US
Parts that can be reused 4k 60hz Monitor. m.2 SATA SSD. Case. 750w Gold PSU. Founders edition 1080.
Do you need an OS? No
Do you need peripherals (e.g. monitor, mouse, keyboard, speakers, etc)? No

Current selections I have on the table

Edited Intel 1. Gigabyte has way better VRM's, which are needed if you OC a 9900k, and the Kraken X62 has a habbit of leaking from what I've read online

Thanks. I made a change to something similar last night. I also had Best Buy coupons which brought the CPU down to 478 US.
