That happens when you get germans in charge for things happening in the internet. We can build cars, brew beer and export stuff all over the world but our politicans still do not understand what this so called internet is everybody is talking about. Then they get influenced by lobby firms and because they don't understand a word they just do what they are told. After all it's just the internet, so nobody cares, it will be gone in 2-3 years anyway.

Yesterday I read an interview in a german newspaper with Axel Voss and I'm still impressed that someone so obviously clueless is kind of in charge of something so big. He is not just ignorant but plain dumb. And honestly he deserves all the hate he had been coming at him the last weeks.
