I've been leaning the most towards a 3 faction split: Alliance, Pragmatist Horde and Honor Horde. How they'd pull that off, I don't know, maybe a questline that culminates in a pandaren-style choice board?
It's nuts, but it feels like something Blizzard would come up with to try to resolve both the heavy differences in the faction and the Horde vs. Alliance played faction imbalance.
